A Bit About
Us
Minnesota
Valley Organics is a small family run farm in southwest Minnesota, on
the Minnesota River valley. We have been a grain-certified organic farm
since 1996 and expanded to include livestock in 1999.
All of our
lovestock are raised following the National Organic Standards but are
not certified organic. Our Angus beef is 100% grass-fed. Our
Bershire-cross hogs and chickens are free-range and rotated through the
grazing areas. We process all our high-quality meats through a state
inspected facility.
We raise our livestock in a humane
environment, free of hormones and antibotics and treat the earth with
respect, using no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.
